Congratulations to our Employees of the Month for January

Ross De Costa – Senior Enterprise Mobility Specialist

Ross joined the Vox Mobile team in July of 2015, starting as a bilingual Technical Support Specialist and working his way up to his current role on our Professional Services team. His project management skills, as well as his continued service as the Operations subject matter expert for the VMware suite of projects, make him a vital asset to our team and our customers.

“Ross has been managing a large-scale Workspace One build and migration for a new customer. The customer is very pleased with Ross’s ability to take charge, make recommendations, and guide them toward best practices. In fact, the customer said, “We’ve had an excellent experience with the development of our WS1 environment.”

Emily Francisco – Configuration Specialist

Emily initially worked for Vox Mobile as a Procurement Specialist from 2017 to 2019. In 2020, she rejoined the team as a Configuration Specialist. In January alone, Emily processed 270 devices with an error below our threshold. In addition to processing these devices, she trained 4 other specialists to help with the increased requests from one of our largest customers.

“Emily is a true team player. She is always there to help her teammates. During the morning huddles as the team talks about things, they are having issues with she helps bring up ideas on how to fix the issue. Emily helped with one of our largest customer’s new lines which have been accumulating. She was part of creating the process of having multiple people working on these tickets and helped train those who were unfamiliar with the process. Her contribution and guidance helped us bring our tickets to be processed down to a more manageable number.”

Ross and Emily are each eligible for our Q1 Employee of the Quarter, where they will have the opportunity to receive a $200 Amazon gift card (on top of the Vox Mobile apparel they will receive for their January wins).
