Cruise Deshevy, Contact Center Supervisor

Cruise started his Vox Mobile career in January 2013, hired in as a Tier I Technical Support Specialist. Through hard work and perseverance, he was promoted to Tier II Technical Support in March 2015. Cruise has had his hand in many different teams over the years, including assisting Canadian Fulfillment with shipping iPhone orders, supporting Customer Success with pressing client matters, and working with the Training team delivering cross training and refreshers to his co-workers. As a result, he was promoted to Contact Center Supervisor in April of this year. Cruise has quickly adapted to his new Contact Center Supervisor position, dedicating himself to both his team and the entire remote contact center. His lead-by-example style is admired by everyone he works with.

“He is always here on his scheduled shifts and even comes in on his off times to check on everything. He does just as much as he asks of everyone. He has been able to help cut down the number of tickets in the center by either coaching specialists or doing it himself!”

Chris Patterson, Tier III Technical Support Specialist

Chris is celebrating his 6-year anniversary at Vox Mobile this month, starting as a Tier I Technical Support Specialist in September 2016. He has received numerous compliments from end users and clients over the past few weeks about his outstanding service. And just as importantly, our Customer Success team frequently has Chris on their list of Specialists to provide feedback on the end-user experience and how it can be improved.
