Support Center Specialist

These individuals will work on behalf of our various clients to provide support to their employees in regards to mobile technology (smartphones and tablets).

  • Field incoming calls, emails and voicemails for a variety of issues, varied by client
  • Enrollment of new devices
  • Device / MDM troubleshooting
  • Replacement / Upgrade inquiries
  • Plan / Feature adjustments
  • Change of ownership

Procurement Specialist

These individuals ensure accurate, cost effective and timely order management in relation to mobile technology.

  • Process incoming orders from multiple channels
  • Follow-up on all orders and provide end users with final resolution
  • Handle rejected carrier orders
  • Field incoming calls
  • Educate users on use of choice portal via phone
  • Submit orders in to Choice portal for end users
  • Prepare various reports (per client basis)

Configuration Specialist

These individuals will work on behalf of our various clients to provide support in the receipt, configuration and deployment of their mobile technology solutions. (smartphones and tablets).

  • Mobile device check-in/receiving based on customer ordering
  • Imaging and configuration of mobile devices based on customer specifications
  • Labeling, packaging and shipping of devices
  • Asset and inventory tracking
  • Swapping and reconfiguration of customer mobile devices
