Devon Rucker, Tier II Technical Support Specialist

Devon joined the Vox Mobile team in April 2018 as a member of the CIBC dedicated project team before being hired full-time later that summer. Since then, Devon has consistently maintained the highest average of calls handled across the entire U.S. team, averaging more than 350 calls each month. He has exceeded expectations from a performance scorecard standpoint for more than a year straight. Based on his continued outstanding work, he was recently promoted to Tier II Technical Support.

Jamie Swaninger, Director of Customer Success

Jamie has been with Vox Mobile since December 2018, and since the start, she has made an impact on the team with her ability to building strong relationships with clients and her work ethic that drives her to be acclimated with each of Vox Mobile’s services. After being promoted to Director of Customer Success last year, Jamie continues to exceed expectations, being incredibly engaged with each Operations team and always offering to help in any area that will please her clients, be it in developing a big picture strategy or diving into the weeds to please a single end-user.

Chris Holmberg, Configuration Specialist – Independence

Chris just celebrated his five-year anniversary at Vox Mobile. He joined the team in June 2016, and his impressive technical acumen and strong overall performance have resulted in two promotions since. In his current role, Chris has owned the entire process with one of the organization’s most demanding clients, with no major escalations and service levels at 100%. In June, he deployed 449 devices with an error rate of 0.0075%.

“Chris has not missed a scheduled day of work since he joined Deploy in 2019.  He is a true asset to the team.  He is crossed-trained on many different clients in Deploy.  Chris takes great pride ensuring the client needs are met.  He has helped keep Deploy performing at a high level and meeting our SLAs.  Chris is very welcoming to all his coworkers.  He treats the team with respect.  He is a team player will help wherever he can.”

Promotions

Rob Seemann, Senior Vice President Product Strategy & Innovation

Rob joined the Vox Mobile team a decade ago and has been instrumental ever since. Rob has a passion for problem solving and finding ways to drive growth, which will be critical in a senior leadership role as the company continues to grow.

Julianna Wu, Forecasting and Scheduling Analyst

Julianna has been with Vox Mobile since August 2017, when she joined as a Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist. Since then, Julianna has become a consistent problem solver, always making sure to be precise and accurate with the data that informs her decision making and reporting.  In her new role, she will take on more responsibilities for weekly forecasting and scheduling, performance analysis, WFM database maintenance and optimal schedule design for contact centers.

 Joshua Novak, Senior Director of Technical Operations

Josh has been a valuable member of the technical leadership team since he joined Vox Mobile in October 2017. Josh has an unmatched work ethic, ability to handle numerous high-profile projects simultaneously and a continuous positive attitude.

As the Senior Director of Technical Operations, Josh will be relied upon even more to help drive the performance of our Operations, leveraging industry best practices, technical integrations and automation wherever possible to maintain costs and increase client satisfaction from Sales handoff to service delivery.

New Hires

Chuck Serapilio, Senior Vice President of Sales

Chuck joins the Vox Mobile team as the Senior Vice President of Sales. He brings over 20 years of experience in the telecom, mobility, IT and software space to the team.
