Chris Fleming – Quality and Analytics Coordinator

Chris started his Vox Mobile journey in August 2013 as a Technical Support Specialist. He has been promoted multiple times over the past 8 ½ years and has been an integral and outstanding team member in Technical Support, Expense Management, and Project Management. Based on his extensive quality and analytical background, plus his impressive understanding of Vox Mobile services, he moved into his new role as Quality and Analytics coordinator at the beginning of 2022.

Jacquelyn Schuster – Tier I Technical Support Specialist

Jackie started her Vox Mobile career in May of last year, with February being her best month yet! She ended the month with a 4.5 (out of 5.0) scorecard, her first time earning the “far exceeds expectations” rating! As a hard worker, she is frequently complimented for consistent performance, positive attitude, and high professionalism. This is frequently pointed out by end-users in her CSAT feedback.
