Steve Bielecki – Project Manager

Joining the Vox Mobile team in September of 2012, Steve has worn many hats throughout his career from Technical Support Specialist and Supervisor to Enterprise Technical Service Manager and his current role, Project Manager. Steve’s extensive cross-departmental experience, along with his tremendous work ethic and impressive abilities in building client relationships, has helped the Project Management team evolve and deliver. Steve goes above and beyond to make sure projects get the attention they need, and frequently works both late nights and weekends to make sure we are staying on track.

Jahmal Edwards – Tier I Technical Support Specialist

Jahmal resumed his Vox Mobile career this past June as a Technical Support Specialist, quickly reacclimated himself to the team and wasted no time diving into his accounts. Jahmal stepped up big time in December, working overtime numerous days over the holidays. With our volume not really declining and our team having multiple people out on leave, his extra hours helped provide valuable support for many of our top U.S. clients!
