Harmanpreet Singh, Tier I Technical Support Specialist – Canada
Since joining the team in February 2020, Harmanpreet has always shown respect to his coworkers when assisting with day-to-day issues and has been patient and understanding when teaching and working with our new Technical Support hires.
“Harmanpreet has taken the lead role with our two new hire classes in nesting. Our new hires started with CIBC and he has been key part of their success, working with them each day to answer questions in nesting chat, holding end of day meetings to discuss the days calls and more difficult questions and concepts, and providing his knowledge and experience to help them learn and grow. He has done an outstanding job!!”

Matthew Phillips, Project Coordinator
Matthew has been with Vox Mobile since September 2012, when he started as Technical Support Specialist, owning all Deployment responsibilities in Canada as that part of our business grew. He was promoted to a Project Coordinator role on the Project Management team in March of last year and hit the ground in a full sprint! His vast knowledge of our operations from his years of experience allows him to be able to speak on multiple topics confidently and looks for guidance if it is outside his wheelhouse.

Walter Hayes, BI Reporting Analyst
Walter just celebrated his one-year anniversary with Vox in May, and what a first year it has been! He is very concerned about doing good work to give Vox Mobile and our clients everything they are asking. It is obvious that Walter is passionate about his work, as he puts in extra research and self-learning into the tools he works with. He continues to excel here because he cares so much about his own performance and the results he provides to others.

Rob Dolson, Training Supervisor
Rob joined Vox Mobile in January of 2016 as a Technical Support Specialist. His great customer service and technical ability saw him succeed quickly and take on responsibilities. Near the end of that year, Rob was recognized for his hard work with a promotion to Tier 2. In August of 2018, Rob was promoted again to the Training team where he became the first full time Canadian trainer here at Vox. His instincts and work ethic made a large impact in this role, as he was the only trainer to write specialized presentations for every client he taught. Rob was selected to guide the way forward when Training, Quality and Documentation went through a re-organization in December 2019. When asked to invent a program that would aid us with our average handle time goals, Rob created a wonderful three-part course that ran the 4th quarter of 2020. Results were dramatic, as we had the best average handle times in the company’s history. Currently, Rob is crafting and piloting the next generation of refresh training courses and we are all very excited to see them take shape.
Anthony Upchurch, Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist
Anthony started with Vox in June 2017, at the age of 17, in our Configuration Department as a seasonal worker. He was then brought on as a full-time employee to manage the Shipping and Receiving Department. In January of 2020, he transferred to Technical Support where he accelerated as a Tier 1 Specialist, receiving many positive survey responses. He is the Subject Matter Expert of Medtronic and RCCL and often resolves difficult escalated issues for end-users.
Devon Rucker, Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist
Devon started with Vox in April of 2018 as a Tier 1 Specialist on the CIBC dedicated team. He consistently has the highest average of calls taken per month, (350+ per month) while scoring above 4.0 for the past 12 months. He is the Subject Matter Expert of CDM Smith and is responsible for managing the daily Teva ticket sweep.
Shawnee Turner, Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist
Shawnee started with Vox in October of 2018 as a Tier 1 Specialist. She has been an asset to the team, assisting with dedicated CIBC and BCH client projects, and always willing to help other agents with learning new processes. She was an essential part of the BC Hydro project team, where she displayed a stellar performance and earned the title of Subject Matter Expert. Most recently, she has been responsible for managing the BCH SN tickets by verifying they are properly notated and closed in a timely manner. She also took on the role of Subject Matter expert of VHA.
Sarah Wieringa, Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist
Sarah started with Vox in August of 2019 as a Tier 1 Specialist. She is one-half of our Canadian overnight crew. She actions over 100 tickets per night, assisting with both Proc and Tech tickets all while taking calls. She quickly escalates and informs the appropriate team, of any client issues that arise overnight, so all teams are aware the following morning. She is always willing to go above and beyond, helping where she is needed.
Kishankumar Vanani – Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist
Kishankumar started with Vox Mobile in January of 2020 as a Tier 1 Specialist. He is the other half of our Canadian overnight crew. He is always the highest-scoring member of his team, with a perfect 5.0 on 7 of his last 10 scorecards. He is always willing to help clarify processes for agents and takes immediate action on any issues that may arise overnight, consistently actioning over 100 tickets per night.
Vox Mobile is thrilled to welcome Michael Materna and Nikhil Sharma to the team.
Michael has joined us as an IT Security Analyst on the Information Technology team. He joins us from NASA, where he worked to develop security strategies, document policies, and improve overall information security. He also has a wide array of technology experience including server and network infrastructure that will be a great addition to our already knowledgeable team. He will be a great asset to our company in growing and maintaining our information security practices company wide.
Nikhil joined us as a Specialist on the Enterprise Mobility Services team. He brings a strong background in the IT infrastructure and mobility technology spaces, formerly working for Samsung Electronics and NTT Data (Dell). His mobility skillset includes experience with the Samsung Knox suite of mobility management tools, as well as Android Enterprise, Intune, Workspace ONE, and Blackberry UEM.
