Rob Rein, Enterprise Mobility Services Supervisor

Rob is quickly approaching his 14-year anniversary at Vox Mobile. He has worked his way up through our Technical Support and Enterprise Mobility Services teams, most recently being promoted to Supervisor of our Enterprise Mobility Services team at the beginning of this year. Our Enterprise Mobility Services team continues to be a best-in-class operation, with both 2022 service level and CSAT performance approaching 100%.

Sarah Wieringa, Tier I Technical Support Specialist

Sarah has been with Vox Mobile since August 2019, starting as a Tier I Technical Support Specialist. She consistently provides feedback for processes and procedures which helps our Specialists each day.

“Sarah is a reliable source, helping to get any kind of work done that we may not have time for during the day. She has high Schedule Adherence, Quality and AHT which leads to great quality scorecards every month. And she always accepts our requests for help while also staying on top of unassigned tickets that need to be actioned!”
