A: Our priority is not only doing it right the first time, but also meet your time-line expectations. With a little advanced notice, we can even work within constrained time lines.
Q: What about MDM/EMM provisioning?
A: Mobile device management (MDM) and enterprise mobility management (EMM) provisioning are core components of our device configuration service offering. We have extensive provisioning expertise across the leading platforms, including Workspace ONE, MaaS360, Intune, BlackBerry, and MobileIron.

Q: What if there’s an incident or we need support?
A: We work with you to create a procurement service incident workflow that helps ensure your business stays up and running. This workflow helps us manage requests and actions that are received by email, the self-service portal, or the end-user help desk support number, and ensures there are no surprises when it comes to support.
Q: What if we need you to deploy a new device, how long should that take?
A: If we can’t solve your problem over the phone the first time and you need a new device immediately, we can ship it same day if the approved request is received by 2pm ET. Requests received later than 2pm will be shipped on the next business day.
