Our consulting team will gather technical, legal, administrative and financial information that needs to be considered to properly document the current state as well as identify opportunities for enhancement. Through a series of facilitated meetings, our consultants will bring your stakeholder team through consideration of the range of possibilities and to a structured process to arrive at a policy and technology road map that aligns with the organization’s strategy, culture, and market environment. The engagement delves into all areas surrounding mobile strategy including:

Clear Direction
At the end of the process, your team will have a clear understanding of where you are today and a set of documents that layout a solid path that supports your larger strategy. The Transformation Design engagement results in four documents:
- A Mobile Device Management (MDM) Evaluation & Recommendation: Your requirements will be matched to three software product, a live test executed and the results presented with accompanying administrative and technical recommendations.
- Wireless Policy and Communication Plan: A set of personnel, security, asset, and technology policies will be created with the workflow, business rules and communications assets necessary to put it into action.
- User or Usage Segmentation: There are many ways to tier access, applications, and support across the organization. Our recommendation will be applied to your current organization, with mappings to all current users.
- Application Strategy Matrix: An overview of current applications to consider and avoid as well as a methodology for analyzing future needs and concerns and for addressing the questions around custom application development.

Menu-based Engagements
Because each organization has their own current state and priorities, we have designed the Transformation Design engagements to be modular, addressing as few or as many of he consulting areas as desired. Every engagement begins with a Current State Assessment that brings together all the pieces of the mobility program and all the stakeholders to define baselines in policy, procedure and technology and outline a gap analysis against current best practice.
- BYOD Program Development: All the policy, process and technology required for a personal device program that aligns with the culture and strategy of the organization witha mechanism for on-going evolution of the program to include other device types and services.
- Mobile Device Management Platform Evaluation: By profiling users by a number of factors, we are able to construct a segmentation model for the entire organization. Each segment then has a version of the mobility program that fits with their business needs and the culture of the organization, including policy elements that enable their work while protecting the organization from risk.
- Policy Development and Communication: Modern Enterprise Mobility Programs include rules, attributes and procedures that have not traditionally been part of Telecommunications Use or Computer Use policies and should utilize user segmentation to craft best fit programs that enable mobile users, ensure a high level of compliance, and protect the organization from security and financial risk.
- Mobile Security Assessment: This report outlines a set of recommendations around technology, policy, and procedure that target a well-defined security posture that fits within a Risk Management model. With this, you will have a clear understanding of your greatest mobile security risks and a path to resolving them.
- Tablet Strategy and Evaluation: While there is significant enthusiasm for tablets, specifically the iPad®, they do represent a significant number of changes to work styles, application utilization, and other factors. This service provides designs for the employment of tablets in a specific set if use cases, defining which devices, management solutions, business models, apps and other aspects are the best fit.
- Mobile Technology Evolution Blue Print: This service provides all the foundational elements of modern Enterprise Mobility Program, including an MDM Assessment and Recommendation, mobile application strategy and prioritization mechanism and other topics.
