BES Admin Alliance Reaches 1K
The BES Admin Alliance is proud to announce it has surpassed the ‘One Thousand Membership plateau’.
The BES Admin Alliance welcomes three new members to the organization:
- Jerry Hartless – Messaging Engineer, FINRA
- Melissa Medina – Messaging & Directory Services Engineer, Clear Channel Communications
- Justin Mitchell –Systems Architect & New Technology, Raytheon
“I hope to learn from everyone and to also be able to help someone in need”, says Melissa Medina, Messaging & Directory Service Engineer for Clear Channel Communications when asked why she joined The BES Admin Alliance. “I started off in Bes 3.5 and have been the lead Blackberry Admin on Bes 4.0 – 5.x platforms. We are currently in migrations for email and blackberry so I have a lot of experience.”
Established in 2008, The BES Admin Alliance is an industry think tank comprised of professionals and technicians focused on the Blackberry Enterprise Server. The organization broaches a wide array of topics ranging from examining the latest industry trends to sharing technical expertise related to messaging functions.
“There is a real sense of camaraderie amongst people working behind the firewall, “ offered the group’s founder, Vox Mobile Chief Technology Officer, Gerald Hetrick. “We are all able to stay both more relaxed and a lot sharper when we know we are talking to folks who share similar burdens.”
